So, Confector aka. Garanthil have created our team on Europe Nordic & East server.

At this momet we have about 7 members or 6, if i remember well - and there are only ~~4 real FG members, rest are their friends. But that's not the problem i want to touch here.

The problem is, that we've played only 3 or 4 times together ranked match. Afterwards for like a month i couldn't get you organized: always someone declining without a reason. My question is - what's the point of having team which isn't play together? I'm not talking about playing ONLY with each other, i'd be strange, but at least one ranked every few days, to learn to play with each other.

You was asking me multiply times, why I don't want to be on our TS with Stef during playing together. I've explained it to few of you, but i still feel like this is a barieer - like we can not play together, becasue we lacks communication. Excuse me, but this is typical bull shit. Saying 'ss' on map or pining few times isn't that big deal, to make us unable to play together. But, if u really feel like we cannot play together, i can leave the team, it's np. I see no point of having inactive team.

BUT, if we'd like to play together, i'd be great to have more of FG or FGregulars here, on East. I understand that u have friends on West etc., but if we want to create big team, which will play together and get real placement in rankings, we must be at the same server, in same team. You can switch server with your friends, cause why not? Stef went from West to East just to play with me and you. Furthermore, sorry, but advertising us as a team palying LoL, and having only few games played and elo `~1000 - it's a joke.

Think about it and give me honest answer. I can leave it like it is, i can leave team, or we can spin our asses and make something bigger. Also here, on forums - tactics, matches reports, questions, builds, good 5's team setup (I've got few in mind).

I have to agree with you. At the same time, there's pretty much nothing to do with it as if someone just declines to play, we can't play without having 5, as well as that we can not make everyone play if they don't want to, whatever the reason is. So far, as Aishan stated, the reasons are ridiculous or there's just no reason at all.

Kicking, leaving is the easy part of it, replacing with someone else is the thing which needs some thinking and testing. Not easy to get a replacement by randoms and we lack people from FG playing the game.

Although, I have to disagree on Teamspeak part. I know you have a reason, which you aren't sharing very wisely, but playing a ranking related game should have fully supported communication, in that case, everyone of the 5 being on TS, able to listen AND speak. Pinging and saying SS isn't the whole communication of winning a ranked match. Last-second decisions occur so frequently, so you should be able to do something faster than typing out your idea.

Just my thoughts about the situation we are facing. Feel free to criticize.

I'd be glad to be some kind of reliable source, but: atm I'm into MW3 and its just funnier (and also less time-consuming for 1 match) than LoL... My time gets limited, the older i get, the more responsible I am on multiple parts of my life. Job, family, friends, rl-hobbies.

But expect me back soon, at least I look forward to LoL

Indeed, we have to play together as far it's possible. I know Cybershot is playing on West with his friends, and I hope he can switch the server with them. Koldy, Gurbie, Yoshii, Tricky are playing on East, so I hope you can aswell, Cyber. ^^
And about our matches... if you cant join TS it's not a big problem for me, ofc it would be better to talk with you on TS, but if you can't we dont have a choice. :P

And yesterday Me, Stef and Peppy have played 4 3v3 rankeds. 3 won/1 lose, somehow we can amgane to play together with fun =P
