As some of you might know, we are going to play Travian as a community.
We are going to play on the english servers, so on www.travian.com.

If your new to this game, read the game tour in the top menu of the homepage and start the game by doing the tasks of the taskmaster.

I created my account on Server 7 in the north-east.
Once you have created an embassy, you can join our alliance.

The chances are slim that our villages will be placed close together.
So we will probably invite some players to our alliance around every player. And maybe later on we can think of something else.

Depends on your play style etc.
I have been reading about it and seems Romans are hard to start with, but stronger later in the game.
Other 2 are faster with producing troops
